Smiley Face 1
This example shows a simple, stylized smiley face rendered as a yellow circle with two black eyes and a curved smile. The face is constructed entirely with React components, with each facial feature—the background circle, eyes, and mouth—split into separate reusable modules. The mouth is drawn using the `d3.arc()` generator, which creates a path with specified inner and outer radii and start and end angles. All shapes are output as SVG elements inside a central `<g>` group that handles positioning, using React 17 and D3 v7.
