This example shows a yellow smiley face rendered as an SVG, with black-outlined circular eyes and a curved mouth arc centered on a 960x500 canvas. Built with React and D3 v5, React components define each SVG shape, while the `arc()` generator from D3 computes the mouth’s path using specified inner and outer radii and start/end angles. Eye positions, radii, and stroke widths are set as constants, with the entire face grouped and translated to the canvas center.

This example displays a single yellow circle with a black outline, rendered inside an SVG container. The circle is centered at coordinates (480, 250) with a radius of 100 pixels. The code uses React and ReactDOM to render the SVG element into the page’s root div, with React’s `createRoot` and `render` methods. The SVG markup is defined directly within the React component, and the page also includes a commented-out version of the same shape.
