Fork of Smiley Face Part III
This example uses D3 and React to build a static interactive-free SVG smiley face. The code calculates circle positions and radii from constants, and uses D3's `arc` generator to create the mouth as a path with a defined inner and outer radius. D3 defines the arc’s angular range, while React renders the SVG elements directly into the DOM. The visualization shows a classic yellow face with black outlines, eyes, and a curved smile, all positioned relative to a central point.
