A yellow smiley face is drawn as an SVG graphic using React components. The face is constructed from three circles for the head and eyes, and a curved path for the mouth, which is generated with the d3.arc() API. The React app renders the SVG into a div using ReactDOM.render, while D3 v5 provides the arc function for the mouth's shape. The visualization is static, with the face centered on a 960 by 500 canvas.
