This example renders a stylized cartoon face in an SVG canvas using D3 v7. The code draws a yellow head, two eyes, rectangular eyebrows, and a curved mouth path. The eyebrows animate position using chained `transition().duration()` calls, shifting down then returning to their original offset. The visualization loads D3 via UNPKG and demonstrates SVG shape creation, group transforms, and the `arc` function for path geometry.
