Let's Make a Face Part I--REACT

The example shows a simple smiley face constructed from SVG circles and an arc, composed using React component abstraction. The `Face` component nests `BackgroundCircle`, `Eyes`, and `Mouth` inside a `FaceContainer`, which wraps them in an SVG `<g>` group with a center translation. The mouth is drawn via D3’s `arc()` generator with specified inner/outer radii and angles. React and ReactDOM render the composed components, while D3 v6 handles the arc path generation, with all dimensions parameterized for easy customization.
