This example renders a simple SVG smiley face on a 960 by 500 canvas. It demonstrates a minimal HTML page using inline SVG shapes, with a yellow circle for the face and black circles for the eyes, all styled with a black stroke. The code loads D3.js v7 for DOM selection and imports React and ReactDOM, though the JavaScript only logs the React object to the console and does not drive the visualization.
