Smiley Face Part I

A red smiley face is drawn on a 960-by-500 SVG canvas, with the background styled solid red via `svg.style`. The example uses D3 v5 to select the SVG element, but the code only sets the background color; no face elements are rendered yet. The title and README indicate this is a partial step toward a smiley face, with the final shape yet to be added. The rendering approach relies on D3’s SVG selection and inline style manipulation.

HTML Starter

This example displays the static text “Hello HTML” centered on a blank page, with a font size of 13em applied through inline CSS. It demonstrates the minimal structure of an HTML document, including a `<head>` for metadata and styling, and a `<body>` for visible content. The page also includes a `<script>` tag that logs “Hello JavaScript!” to the browser’s developer console, showing how to execute JavaScript without any external libraries or frameworks.
