Fork of Making A Bar Chart

This example shows a horizontal bar chart ranking the populations of ten countries, from China and India down to Mexico. It uses D3 v7 with an SVG renderer, loading data from a CSV file via `d3.csv` and scaling values with `d3.scaleLinear` and `d3.scaleBand`. The chart renders axes using `d3.axisLeft` and `d3.axisBottom`. The bars are drawn as `rect` elements with a steelblue fill, and the population values are multiplied by 1000 during preprocessing.

Fork of Formatting axis

This example displays a bar chart of population data for the ten most populous countries, with each bar's height proportional to its value. The visualization uses a Data-Driven Documents (D3.js) version 7 library with an SVG rendering, and it showcases a custom axis formatting technique where tick labels are styled with CSS. The chart is minimal, featuring steel blue rectangles and large san-serif font text.

Fork of React Starter

This example demonstrates a minimal React application that renders a centered greeting message using JSX. The `App` component displays the text "Hello React!!!" styled with a 13em font size, and `ReactDOM.render` mounts it to the `#root` element in the HTML. The code imports React and ReactDOM from their production UMD builds, which are loaded via external script tags in `index.html`. It serves as a basic template for understanding how React components and DOM rendering work together.
