Fork of Fork of US House of Representatives reapportionment

This visualization maps reapportionment of U.S. House seats after the 2020 census, using a geographic projection with state polygons and circular seat icons. Each state’s seats appear as rings whose radii reflect population per seat in 2010 and 2020, with colors indicating maintained, added, or removed seats. It uses `d3.geoAlbersUsa`, `d3.geoPath`, and `d3.scaleSqrt` on an SVG canvas, pulling polygon, centroid, and apportionment data from Census sources via GitHub gists.

Fork of World Population Area Chart

This area chart depicts world population from 1960 to 2015, with a maroon filled region and formatted axes labeling population in billions and time in years. The visualization uses D3 v5, including `scaleTime`, `scaleLinear`, `axisBottom`, `axisLeft`, and the `area` generator with `curveBasis`, rendering to SVG. Population data is loaded via `csv` from a VizHub dataset, with each year parsed as a `Date` and population as a number.
