Smiley Face Part II

This example renders a full-screen smiley face using React and D3 v5, with a yellow circle for the head, two black eyes, and a curved mouth drawn as an arc. The face is centered dynamically based on the window dimensions, and the mouth is created using D3’s `arc()` generator with specified inner and outer radii and angle ranges. This example demonstrates VizHub’s core workflow by rendering the text “Hello VizHub!” in a large, centered font. It loads D3 v5 from UNPKG and uses the `select` API from the `d3` module to set the message’s text content. It also imports a string from a local ES6 module (`myMessage.js`) to show modular code organization. Styling comes from a linked `styles.css` file.
