SF Arrests

This visualization displays arrests in San Francisco over the past week, using a conic equal-area projection of the city's analysis neighborhoods as a basemap. Each arrest is shown as a circle symbol, and hovering over a neighborhood highlights its boundaries and reveals its name. The code loads basemap and block GeoJSON files plus live arrest data from the SODA API, and renders everything using d3.geoPath and d3.json.
