Part V Smiley Face
A grid of fifteen randomized smiley faces, each drawn with a yellow circular background, black outline, two eyes, and an arc-based mouth, appears as a playful study in component-driven SVG rendering. The visualization uses React to compose reusable components, while D3’s `arc()` generator defines the mouth path geometry. Each face varies randomly in stroke width, eye offset, eye radius, and mouth dimensions, produced via `d3.range` and `Math.random()`. The SVG output is rendered through `react-dom` into the browser, with all elements transformed from a shared center point.
