Fork of Missing Migrants Scatter Plot
This scatter plot visualizes events from the Missing Migrants Dataset, where each circle represents a single incident. The x-axis maps the reported date in time, while the y-axis shows the total number of dead and missing. The visualization uses React with D3 v5 scales (d3.scaleTime and d3.scaleLinear) to position SVG circles. Axes are rendered as custom components (AxisBottom and AxisLeft), with tick marks styled in the page's CSS. Tooltips display the formatted date via a `<title>` element inside each circle.
