A re-creation of the Florida gun deaths chart shows the number of firearm murders from 1971 to 2016, highlighting a dramatic increase after the "Stand Your Ground" law in 2005. The visualization uses a series of vertically oriented, rounded rectangles that extend downward from the top of the plotting area, resembling red drips. Built with D3 v5 and rendered as SVG, it draws these dripping bars via `d3.selectAll("rect")` and scales the x-axis linearly using `d3.scaleLinear`, with the y-axis fixed to a maximum of 1000. Data comes from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
