001_Fork of Circles with D3
Seven circles of varying sizes and neon colors populate a pale green background, with each circle positioned at specific coordinates within the SVG container. The code uses D3.js to select an SVG element, bind an array of circle data objects, and create and style each circle via method chaining and the General Update Pattern.
