Fork of D3 Transitions
The example demonstrates D3 transition chaining and lifecycle management through animated circular shapes entering, updating, and exiting the scene. Six colored circles with varying radii enter sequentially over two seconds, then reposition during fast linear transitions when updated. The visualization uses D3’s `select`, `transition`, and `easeLinear` APIs within a join pattern, defining custom enter, update, and exit behaviors. Each circle transitions its radius from zero to its final value with staggered delays, while exits shrink back to zero before removal. The view renders in SVG with a light green background, showcasing how D3’s data-driven transitions handle dynamic state changes smoothly.
