Scatter Plot with Menus

This interactive scatter plot displays automobile data from the UCI Machine Learning Repository’s Auto MPG dataset. Users select which columns to plot on the X and Y axes through dropdown menus, dynamically updating the visualization. The chart is rendered as an SVG using D3 v5, with scales, axes, and animated transitions. Data values are parsed as numbers, and circles animate from the center to their positions over two seconds using `transition().duration()`. The scatter plot also includes axis labels and grid lines generated by `d3.axisBottom` and `d3.axisLeft`.
