Working with Chart.js
A horizontal bar chart displays the population of African countries in 2020, with bars colored purple for populations under 50 million and blue for those above. The visualization uses Chart.js v2.9.4 to render the canvas-based, animated chart, while D3.js v5 loads the data from a CSV file via `d3.csv`. The chart is embedded in a React-compatible HTML page with a custom legend and footer referencing Worldmeters as the population source.
