This example renders a minimal “Hello D3 version 7” message as the sole content of a web page, demonstrating the basic setup for a D3 v7 project. It loads the D3 library from the unpkg CDN and uses the `select` method from the imported `d3` module to target the `<body>` element and set its text content. The page’s CSS styles the body with centered, extra-large font size to make the output visually prominent. It serves as a template for starting new D3 visualizations.
