Loading CSV with React and D3

This example demonstrates how to load and parse CSV data with D3 and render the results using React. The application fetches a CSV file containing CSS named colors from a GitHub gist, then displays the dataset’s size in kilobytes, column count, and row count as styled text paragraphs. It uses React hooks like `useState` and `useEffect` to manage the asynchronous data loading, and D3’s `csv` and `csvFormat` functions to parse and measure the data. A loading message appears until the data arrives.
