SVG Fundamentals
An SVG circle is drawn with hardcoded position and radius values, demonstrating the fundamental geometric primitives of SVG. The code uses raw SVG markup with no JavaScript libraries, placing a single circle element inside an inline SVG tag. A separate HTML div displays "Hello HTML!" using CSS styling for the font size and alignment. This minimal example separates SVG and HTML rendering in one page.
