Bar charts with D3
This example shows a horizontal bar chart of total ad spend, sorted by management entity. It uses a linear scale for the x-axis and a band scale for the y-axis, with bars rendered in SVG using D3 v5. The chart loads data from a CSV file, parses ad spend as numbers, and uses `axisLeft` and `axisBottom` for axis generation.
