Tableau Visualization for GDP

This interactive dashboard visualizes global GDP data using a circular bar chart and violin plot. The circular bar chart displays GDP values for each country as arcs radiating from a central point, with radial lengths scaled to GDP magnitude. The violin plot illustrates the distribution of GDP values across countries. Built with Tableau and D3.js (v7), the visualization loads CSV data from GitHub and uses d3.scaleBand, d3.scaleRadial, d3.arc, and d3.rollup for statistical binning and rendering.

Area Chart - Ganesh

This area chart displays temperature values for a set of cities, with the y-axis labeled in degrees Celsius and city names rotated along the x-axis. It uses D3 v7 with an SVG rendering approach, loading a CSV file from a GitHub gist. The visualization employs `d3.csvParse` to transform the data, `d3.scaleBand` for the x-axis, `d3.scaleLinear` for the y-axis, and `d3.area()` to generate the filled path. Axis labels are added via `d3.axisBottom` and `d3.axisLeft`, with colors assigned using `d3.schemeCategory10`.

Pie Chart-Ganesh

This pie chart displays the distribution of temperatures from a weather dataset, categorizing cities into low, medium, and high ranges. It uses d3.v7’s `d3.pie` layout and `d3.arc` generator to render SVG paths, with a discrete color scale and interactive legend. Data is fetched from a remote CSV file and parsed with `d3.csvParse`, while labels are positioned using each arc’s centroid.

Fork of ICE-7 (Part-2) - Pie Chart

This fork uses D3.js (v7) to render a pie chart of regional sales. It loads a CSV file from a GitHub gist containing sales data, aggregates sales by region using `d3.rollup` and `d3.sum`, and displays the result as a pie chart with `d3.pie` and `d3.arc` functions. Each slice is labeled with its region and sales amount, and the chart is rendered as SVG with colors from `d3.schemeCategory10`.

Fork of Assignment 2 - Pie Chart

This fork of a D3 pie chart visualizes Superstore sales data, aggregated by product category from a CSV file. The SVG chart displays each category as a colored slice with its name and total sales value labeled directly on the arc. The code uses D3's `pie`, `arc`, `scaleOrdinal`, and `schemeCategory10` APIs to generate the geometry and colors, and it computes category totals with the `group` and `sum` functions. The visualization is rendered into an SVG element with a fixed width and height.

Fork of Hello VizHub-Ganesh

This pie chart visualizes the distribution of sales by product category, with a legend identifying each category's color. It loads data from a CSV file hosted on GitHub and renders the chart as an SVG using D3's `pie`, `arc`, and `scaleOrdinal` APIs. The chart applies a categorical color scheme and includes a title.
