A force-directed network graph renders a small set of linked nodes as green circles connected by gray lines. The visualization uses D3.js v4 with a React-compatible setup, loading JSON data from an external GitHub source. The `d3.forceSimulation` API applies link, charge, and centering forces to position nodes, while a `ticked` callback updates SVG line and circle coordinates on each simulation tick. Circle offsets of +6/-6 pixels shift node positions slightly from their computed force locations, and all elements are drawn inside an SVG container with defined margins.
