Bar Chart with Sequential colors

This example shows the population growth of Bangladesh from 2000 to 2016 as a bar chart, with bars colored on a sequential blue scale using colorbrewer.Blues[7] to reflect increasing population values. The visualization includes axes, rotated year labels, a color legend rendered via d3.legendColor, and a title. It parses data from a CSV file using d3.csv, renders SVG rectangles positioned with d3.scaleBand and d3.scaleLinear, and uses d3.scaleQuantize to map population values to the color range.
