Fork of Smiley Face

A yellow smiley face rendered as an SVG, built with React components and D3's `arc` generator for the mouth. The background circle, eyes, and mouth are each separate React components composed inside an SVG `<g>` transform, with all geometry defined by constant parameters in `index.js`. The code imports React and ReactDOM directly, uses D3 v5 for the arc path, and renders through a production React build without any data source, purely as a static graphical composition.

Let's Make a Face Part I
