Smiley Face Part III
This example shows a yellow smiley face drawn as an SVG centered in a 960-by-500 viewport. It demonstrates composing a React component with D3’s `arc` generator to render the mouth, while using plain SVG circles for the face, eyes, and stroke. All shapes are positioned relative to the center via a `<g>` transform. The code uses React 16.9, ReactDOM, and D3 v5, with hardcoded radii and offsets defining the face’s geometry.
