Fork of Let's Make a Face Part I
This example shows the first step in constructing a smiley face with basic SVG shapes, using a yellow circle for the head and two smaller black circles for the eyes. The code directly sets SVG circle attributes such as `cx`, `cy`, `r`, `fill`, and `stroke` inside an `svg` element with a fixed width and height. It does not use any JavaScript libraries or data sources; the rendering relies purely on static SVG markup, with the face positioned relative to the viewport center and eye offsets.
