Fork of React & D3 Starter
This example demonstrates a minimal integration of React and D3, showing a single div element rendered with the text “Hello D3 & React” through React’s `createRoot` and `useRef` hooks. The code uses `select` from D3 v3 to update the DOM node’s content after React mounts. It also applies D3’s selection and style methods to a static set of four divs, setting their widths and alternating background colors based on index, and binds an array of data values via `.data()` to demonstrate basic data joining. The example serves as a starting point for combining React’s component model with D3’s imperative selection and manipulation APIs.
