Hello HTML

This example demonstrates a minimal HTML page that sets up an SVG canvas and includes a circle element, though the circle’s position is left incomplete. The code uses plain CSS to remove body margins and hide overflow, with JavaScript referenced but not yet implemented. The rendering approach is SVG, with a fixed 960×500 viewport, serving as a bare-bones starting point for integrating interactive visualizations without any external libraries or frameworks.

Fork of Hello VizHub

This example demonstrates a minimal D3.js setup that displays the text “Hello VizHub!” in the center of the page. It shows how to load D3 v5 from a CDN and use local ES6 modules to organize code. The `select` function from D3 is used to target the `#message` div and set its text content, while a custom `message` value is imported from `myMessage.js`. The page uses a CSS file to style the message with a large, centered font size. This serves as a template for integrating D3 with modular JavaScript.

Fork of HTML Starter

This example shows a minimal HTML page that displays the text “Hello HTML” in large, centered type, with a JavaScript console message that also greets the user. It demonstrates the fundamental structure of a web page using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the CSS styling applied via a `<style>` block and the script executed inline. The page does not use any external libraries or frameworks, relying solely on the browser’s built-in `console.log` API for output. It serves as a starting point for more complex visualizations.
