Loading and Parsing csv data

This example demonstrates a minimal approach to loading and parsing CSV data from a remote source using the Fetch API. The page defines an asynchronous `fetchText` function that retrieves a text file from a GitHub Gist URL containing CSS named colour data, then logs the raw comma-separated values to the browser console. The code illustrates the basic pattern of fetching external data for later use in visualization, though it does not yet parse or render the data visually—it only verifies that the text is successfully retrieved and accessible.

Smiley Face Part 1

A modular React component draws a stylized smiley face using SVG, with a gold background circle, two eyes, and a d3.arc-generated mouth. The face is assembled from reusable components—BackgroundCircle, Eyes, and Mouth—positioned within a FaceContainer that applies a centered translation using the `width` and `height` props. Properties like eye offset, radius, and mouth dimensions are passed as props to control the face’s proportions. The example demonstrates composable SVG rendering in React with d3’s `arc` helper for the curved mouth path.
