Fork of Smoothed D3.js Radar Chart
This example shows a smoothed radar chart comparing multiple entities across four axes, including hospital metrics like running cost and bed count, rendered with D3.js v3. The chart uses an ordinal color scale and a logarithmic-like radius scale to draw circular grid levels, radial axes, and filled polygon blobs with stroke and glow filters. It includes an SVG-based interactive tooltip and legend, with all elements animated via D3’s data join and transition methods. The code relies on D3’s `d3.scale.linear`, `d3.scale.ordinal`, and `d3.range` to manage scaling and layout, and applies a cardinal-closed interpolation for smooth blob paths.
