Smiley Face Part I

This example shows the first stage of constructing a smiley face, with a large yellow circle outlined in black and two smaller black circles for eyes. The static SVG renders via React 17, using ReactDOM to manage the component, while the HTML file directly embeds the SVG markup. The drawing is fixed at a 960 by 500 canvas, with circle positions and radii defined using absolute coordinates rather than any layout or interaction logic.

This example renders a minimal HTML page that displays the text "Hello HTML" in large, centered type, with the body font size set to 13em. It demonstrates basic CSS styling and a JavaScript script that logs "Hello JavaScript!" to the browser console, using native browser APIs. The page is built with plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, without any external libraries or frameworks.
