SVG Fundamentals
This example introduces the VizHub V3 runtime environment, a hot-reloading platform for interactive coding. The code renders a blank HTML page and demonstrates the new entry-point convention, where a `main` function exported from `index.js` receives a `container` DIV and an `options` object with `state` and `setState` for immutable updates. It serves as a minimal starting template, replacing the traditional `index.html` file to simplify setup.
