Menus with React
This example demonstrates a dropdown menu for selecting a pet, with the chosen value displayed in the browser’s console. The interface shows six options (Dog, Cat, Hamster, Parrot, Spider, Goldfish) with Hamster preselected. Built with React, it uses the `useState` hook to manage the selected value and a custom `Dropdown` component that renders a native `<select>` element. The component receives options, an id, and callbacks for selection changes, updating the state whenever the user picks a different option.
