HTML Starter
This example presents a minimal HTML page with a centered large-font body and an empty SVG element, demonstrating the simplest possible setup for a data visualization. It uses no external libraries beyond the implicit inclusion of D3’s `select` function in `index.js`, which is not called in the visible code. The page’s rendering approach relies solely on inline CSS and an `<svg>` tag, serving as a blank canvas for future visual work. It is a starting point referenced from a separate React Starter.
