World Population
This area chart shows world population growth over time, with a line and filled area representing population values plotted against year. The visualization uses d3.csv to load data from VizHub, d3.scaleTime and d3.scaleLinear for axes, and d3.area with a curveBasis for the smooth filled path. SVG rendering includes custom tick formatting that converts values to billions, plus axis labels and a title.
