Fork of smiley part II

This example builds a smiley face with SVG shapes using React and D3. The code centers a yellow circle with a black stroke, places two black eyes with offset coordinates, and renders a mouth using D3’s `arc` function to define a path with inner and outer radii. All elements are positioned via a transform on the SVG group, pulling coordinates from D3’s arc API and React components. The visualization relies on D3 v7 and React 17, drawing directly to SVG.

smiley part I

A yellow smiley face is drawn on an SVG canvas using React and D3. The face consists of a large yellow circle with a black stroke, two black eyes positioned symmetrically, and a mouth created with the `d3.arc()` generator using a half-circle path. The code defines geometry with variables for center coordinates, eye offsets, and radii, then renders the scene through React components. The rendering relies on D3 v7 for the arc path and React for declarative SVG element creation.
