This example demonstrates animated transitions in a data visualization built with D3. It renders a set of circles from an imported CSV dataset, each with position, radius, and fill color, alongside a row of blue squares. The circles enter with a slow, staggered transition, while updates use a fast linear ease. The code uses D3's `transition()`, `delay`, and join patterns, and applies a multiply blend mode via imported CSS.
