SVG Fundations
This example shows a single red circle rendered inside an SVG element, demonstrating the basic building blocks of SVG graphics as a foundation for data visualization. The code uses plain HTML and CSS with no JavaScript libraries, defining the circle’s position via the `cx` and `cy` attributes and its size via the `r` attribute, with `fill` setting the color.
