Loading and Parsing CSV Data

This example demonstrates basic SVG shapes—two circles and two rectangles—rendered in a fixed 960-by-500 canvas. It shows how static SVG elements are placed using explicit x, y, width, height, and radius attributes, with the second circle and rectangle colored red and green via inline fill properties. The code uses plain HTML SVG markup and a small CSS file that resets body margins and hides overflow, but does not load or parse any CSV data despite the title.
