Let's make a face.
A demonstration of constructing a face by positioning simple SVG shapes, beginning with a red background. The example uses a fixed 960×500 SVG canvas and sets its background color directly via `d3.select('svg').style('background-color','red')`. It relies on D3 v5 for selecting and styling the SVG element, but does not yet draw any facial features or interactive components. The focus is on establishing the visual space and introducing basic SVG manipulation through D3.
