Fork of Refactored Bar Chart
This example shows the top 10 most populous countries as a horizontal bar chart using React and D3 v5, with SVG rendering. It displays a y-axis of country names and an x-axis of population values, loading data from the United Nations World Population Prospects 2019 via d3.csv. The chart uses d3.scaleBand and d3.scaleLinear to position bars, with custom AxisLeft and AxisBottom components generating ticks. The code highlights a refactored approach to building D3 visualizations within React's component model.
