Loading and parsing

This example demonstrates a minimal React and D3 setup for fetching and parsing remote data. It uses the browser’s `fetch` API to request text from a Lithuanian government dataset URL, with `d3.v7` and `react` loaded via CDN. The code shows asynchronous text retrieval with `response.text()`, but it does not render any visualization; the page is blank aside from an embedded YouTube video and a console log. The project highlights the initial steps of data loading, though the actual parsing or charting logic is not implemented.

Fork of Hello HTML

A grid of 18 randomly generated yellow smiley faces rendered as SVG in a React application. The code imports the `range` function from D3 to create the grid and uses individual React components for facial features. The `Face` component composes a `BackgroundCircle`, `Eyes`, and a `Mouth` drawn with D3’s `arc` function, while random parameters vary stroke widths, eye offsets, and radii.
