Fork of Smiley Face Part IV

A React and D3.js v5 component renders a classic smiley face using SVG. The yellow circle, black outline, eyes, and mouth are all drawn with primitive shapes and paths. The mouth is created using D3’s `arc` generator to produce an arc path. The scene is static, with all coordinates and dimensions hardcoded, and the composition is centered within a 960×500 viewport.

Fork of HTML Starter

This example displays the static text "Hello HTML" at a maximum font size of 13em, centered on the page using CSS. It demonstrates a minimal HTML document that combines CSS for styling and JavaScript for browser console output, logging "Hello JavaScript!" when the page loads. The code uses the standard DOM APIs available in any modern browser, with no external libraries or data sources. This serves as a baseline for understanding how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript interact in a simple web page.
