A small D3.js visualization renders six data points as red rectangles on an 800-by-400 SVG canvas. The rectangles’ x and y positions are calculated by multiplying each point’s first coordinate by its index, while the height uses the second coordinate times the index; all rectangles share a fixed width of 50. The code uses D3’s data join pattern, appending `rect` elements via `enter()` and setting attributes with anonymous functions. The data is a hardcoded array of coordinate pairs, and the rendering relies on SVG within an HTML page.
A simple static SVG drawing depicts a stylized robot face with red triangular hair, a yellow head, and black eyes. The code constructs the image using basic D3.js v4 path, circle, rect, and group elements within a 500x500 SVG canvas. Three white gridded squares, each created with a rect and two crossed lines, are positioned as decorative elements, with one scaled and placed near the top and two smaller versions flanking the lower face. The example demonstrates manual coordinate plotting and SVG transformations without any data binding or interactive behavior.
