Fork of Smiley Face Part II
This fork of the Smiley Face example renders a yellow, black-outlined face that scales with the browser window, centering its eyes and mouth via an SVG group translated to the viewport midpoint. It uses React and ReactDOM with inline SVG, defining geometric constants for eye offset, radius, and stroke width, while sizing the face from `window.innerWidth` and `window.innerHeight`. An `onMouseMove` handler is declared but not functional, leaving the visualization static.
