This example demonstrates the simplest possible webpage that uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to display a static message. It renders the text “Hello HTML!” centered on the page with a very large font size, styled through a CSS class. The implementation consists of a single HTML file with an embedded `<style>` block and a `<div>` element, requiring no external libraries or frameworks.
