Fork of D3 Starter

This example demonstrates how to initialize a D3 version 6 project, displaying the year of the first car in a dataset. The code uses `d3.v6` from the official CDN and imports car data from a local JavaScript module, parsing a JSON string. The index.js file accesses `cars[0].year` and sets it as the text content of a pre element, while the HTML page includes a centered large-font style and references the bundled script.

Cars Report

This example displays a minimal “Cars Report” page that renders the text “Hello HTML” in large, centered type and logs “Hello JavaScript!” to the browser console. The code uses plain CSS for styling and vanilla JavaScript, executed within a React starter template, to demonstrate fundamental HTML, CSS, and script integration. No data visualization is present; it serves as a blank starting point for building charts or dashboards.
